Therapy Process
The therapy process is an agreement between the therapist and the individual(s) participating. the process can be short term specific goal oriented, or longer term more systematic change oriented. The individual participating decides the goals of therapy in collaboration with the therapist.
I meet with individuals interested in participating in therapy and discuss their goals. I discuss how I believe I can support, and how I might be able to help in achieving their goals.
